摘要
随着新型复合材料的开发及其在航空航天领域的广泛应用,作为产品缺陷检测和质量评价手段的无损检测技术也相应得到迅速发展。总结了航空航天复合材料构件无损检测的主要方法,即:涡流检测法、射线检测法、超声波检测法、光学检测法、声发射和机械阻抗分析法等,并对各种检测方法的基本原理及其实际应用作了简要评述。
With the development and application of the novel composite materials in the aerospace fields, we have made great progress in the NDT techniques. As means of defect inspection and quality evaluation, the major methods of NDT for aerospace components are summarized, such as eddy current, radiographic inspection, ultrasonic, optical methods, acoustic emission, mechanical impedance method and so on. Their principles and applications are discussed respectively.
