摘要
为了提高 PP-R 树脂的耐热性能,以四角状氧化锌晶须为增强剂,系统研究了偶联剂改性氧化锌晶须的过程,以及改性晶须对 PP-R 树脂性能的改善;同时对改性 PP-R 材料的力学和热学性能进行了表征;通过扫描电镜观察了材料的断面,以及晶须在基体中的分散性。研究表明,使用0.5%的 KH560改性后的氧化锌晶须具有较好的分散性。与纯 PP-R 相比,添加量为3%~4%的改性 PP-R 材料的性能有较大的提高,其热变形温度由72℃提高到94℃,断裂伸长率也由45%提高到112%。
The ZnO whisker with four beard is added as intensifier to improve the heat capability of PP-R resin. The modification process of ZnO whisker with modification reagents and that improving the capabilities of PP-R resin with modified ZnO whisker are researched in detail. The mechanics capabilities and heat capabilities are characterized. The break surface of ZnO whisker/PP-R composite material and the disperse character of ZnO whisker are observed by SEM imagines. The results show that the ZnO whisker modified with 0. 5% KH560 possesses better disperse character. Compared with pure PP-R resin, the capabilities of PP-R added 3%-4% modified ZnO whisker was improved greatly. The distortion temperature is improved from 72℃ to 94℃ and the maximum elongation is improved from 45% to 112% too.
