种植体支持的覆盖义齿20例临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:总结与评价种植体支持的覆盖义齿临床应用的经验和效果。方法:用种植体支持的杆-卡或球-帽附着体为20例全口或部分无牙颌患者行种植体支持的覆盖义齿修复,共植入62枚种植体,随访观察1~6年,定期摄X线片及口腔检查,观察种植体骨愈合及口腔黏膜情况,并对患者进行满意度调查分析。结果:观察期内无种植体松动、脱落,X线片显示所有种植体无异常骨吸收;满意度分析显示:与旧义齿相比食物受限、咀嚼无力、疼痛、松动组差异有显著性(P<0.05),美学和语言组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:种植体支持的覆盖义齿稳固,美观,咀嚼功能强,对重度牙槽嵴萎缩的无牙颌患者是一种行之有效的修复方法,患者满意度较高。 Objective:Summarizing and evaluating clinical application effects and experiences of overdentures supported by implants. Methods:Twenty patients who had received overdentures supported by 62 implants were followed up 1-6 years.X-ray examination and intra-oral examination were performed to determine the height of alveolar bone and mucoas membrane.The patients satisfaction was investigated by means of questionnaire. Results:The functional of implant-retained overdentures and patient satisfaction were good,There are significant difference in total satisfaction of the problems of food selection limiting,masticatory function,pain and denture loosing (P 〈 0.05).Esthetics and phonation were no significant (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion:Overdentures can offer good retention and support especially to many difficult cases of very severe mandible or maxillary ridge resorption.
