摘要
测量了掺杂有标题配合物CoLL'(L=mnt2-;L'=phen,5-NO2-phen)的CdS-PVA复合膜的暗态导电性和光电导性以及该类配合物CoLL'在DMF中的电子吸收光谱和发射光谱,研究了CoLL'对CdS的光敏化作用与其电子光谱间的关系。结果表明,CoLL'的配体间荷移跃迁能量与CdS的禁带宽度(或光导红限)存在明显的匹配性。
The dark conductivity and photoconductivity of CdS doped with cobalt(Ⅱ)eomplexes CoLL'(L=1,2-dicyano-1,2-ethylenedithiolate,L'=1,10-phenanthroline and 5-nitro-1,10phenanthroline), and the electronic absorption spectra and emission spectra of these complexes in DMF were measured,The correlation between photosensitization of complexes CoLL'to CdS and their electronic spectra were studied.The obvious matched properties were found to exist between the interligand charge transfer energy of complexes CoLL'and forbidden band width (or photoconductive red limit)of CdS
