摘要
应用石墨炉原子吸收法测定饲料中的铬。在样品溶液中加入磷酸二氢铵溶液作基体改进剂,不仅提高了铬的灰化温度,而且提高了测定的灵敏度。铬的含量与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.9999。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率为84.78%~106.71%。方法简便实用,准确度高。
The content of chromium in feed was determined by GFAAS. Ashing temperature and sensitivity were increased by adding ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, There is a good linear relation between chromium content and absorption with linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The relative standard deviation is less than 5% and the recovery is 84.78%~106.71%. The detection limit is 0.05μg/mL. The method is simple and accurate.
