摘要
[目的]探讨紫苏提取物对组织细胞的抗溶血和抗氧化作用。[方法]研究紫苏提取物对过氧化氢(H 2O2)引起的兔血溶血反应和体外给药对温育时小鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)生成的抑制作用。[结果]紫苏提取物抗溶血和抗氧化作用均强于抗坏血酸。[结论]紫苏提取物对组织、细胞具有抗氧化和保护作用。
[Objective] To discuss on anti-haemolysis and anti-oxidization effect of Perilla Extracts on tissue cells. [Methods] To research on the inhibition effect on the Perilla Extracts to hemolytic reaction indued by H2O2 and lipid peroxidation （LPO） formation in liver homogenate Of mice by providing medicine in vitro. [Results] The Perilla Extracts had and advantage than antiscorbic acid in the anti-haemolysis and anti-oxidization effect. [Conclusion]The Perilla Extracts had anti-oxidization and protective effect on the tissue and cells.
