摘要
以白鲢(Hypophthalmicthys molitris)为实验材料,研究常用除草剂对鱼类的毒性效应.结果表明:采用直线回归法求得的96 h LC50值分别为: 2,4-D丁酯0.185 mg/L,可信限0.138~0.247 mg/L;丁草胺0.080 mg/L,可信限0.067~0.097 mg/L;使它隆3.80 mg/L,可信限2.68~5.40mg/L;艾割18.60 mg/L,可信限14.80~23.32 mg/L;嗪草酮108.80 mg/L,可信限91.46~129.72mg/L .对鱼类安全浓度分别为0.019 mg/L, 0.38 mg/L, 0.008 mg/L, 1.86 mg/L and 10.88 mg/L.
The studies show the acute toxicity of herbicides to Hypophthalmicthys molitris. The LC50 (96h) of 2,4-D Butyl, Butachior , Staranc, Argord and Metribuzin are respectively 0. 185mg/L, 3.80 mg/L, 0. 080mg/L, 18.60mg/L and 108.80mg/L. The believed periods are respectively 0. 138 - 0.247mg/L, 0.067 - 0.097mg/L, 2.68 - 5.40mg/L, 14.80 - 23.32mg/L and 91.46 - 129.72mg/L. The safe consistences of 2,4- D Butyl, Butachior , Starane, Argord and Metribuzin to fish are 0.019mg/L, 0.38mg/L, 0.008mg/ L, 1.86mg/L and 10.88mg/L.
