摘要
围绕我国开发性银行发展集中表现的三方面问题:开发性银行能否从事商业性业务;从事商业性业务的开发性银行是否会造成与其他商业银行之间的不公平竞争;应如何认识我国开发性银行的发展方向。本文从国际比较的角度,寻求开发性银行理论和实践的基本特点。
There are three problems existing in the development process of our development banks: could the development banks be engaged in the commercial business, whether the development banks' conducting in commercial business will result the unfair competition with other commercial banks and how to know the developing direction of the development banks. This article will discuss the academic and practical characteristics of development banks from the perspective of international comparing.
