Deng Xiaoping＇s thoughts on area economy is an organic composition of his economic theory, which is established after summarizing the historical lessons of unbalanced development before reforming and opening up in our country. The thoughts of special economic zones, T-shape strategy, idea of ＂two overall situations,＂ and Western Development, these in Deng＇s theory have a far-reaching impact on our economic development.
