摘要
通过对轴承结构、精度及使用工况的分析,制定了特殊的轴承加工工艺,采用新的测量理念,研制出适用于强磁环境、无后继润滑、高速运转工况下使用的低振动值、高精度的混合陶瓷球轴承。
On the base of analysis on the structure,accuracy and operating conditions for the beatings, the special machining technology has been mapped out for the bearing, and the new measurement conception is adopted. The lower vibration and high accuracy hybrid ceramic bearings are developed which are suitable to work under the conditions such as strong magnetic field environment and non- subsequence lubrication and high speed operation.
