摘要
为研究慢性再生障碍性贫血不同肾虚证型患者造血调控因子表达与补肾生血中药疗效的关系,按标准选择肾阳虚和肾阴虚慢性再生障碍性贫血患者32例,采用ELISA法分析使用补髓生血颗粒(主药:熟地黄、山萸肉、枸杞子、淫洋藿、巴戟天、鹿茸、黄芪、人参等)治疗前后患者血清TGF-β1、IL-1β表达水平的变化。结果:两型患者血清TGF-β1水平均高于对照组(P<0.01),而IL-1β则低于对照组(P<0.05),但两型患者之间无差异(P>0.05)。提示:对TGF-β1、IL-1β表达的调节作用可能是补髓生血颗粒治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的机理之一;其对肾阳虚患者IL-1β调节作用优于肾阴虚患者。
To study correlativity of hematopoiesis modulators expressing of TCM syndrome types of chronic aplastic anemia（CAA） by ＂tonifying essence and preducing blood powder＂（ TE-PB powder） , 32 cases were diagnosed as kidney-yang deficiency and scram TGF-β ＆ IL-1β of those patients were detected with ELISA before and after treatment respectively.
