摘要
目的用葡萄糖定量法检测根管微渗漏的模型评价使用不同种类根管封闭剂时垂直加压充填技术封闭根管的能力。方法选取72颗直根管的上前牙,随机分为三个试验组(每组各20例)和二个对照组(阳性对照和阴性对照各6例),试验组用垂直加压充填技术充填根管,根管封闭剂分别为AHPlus、Sealapex和PulpCanalSealerEWT。于第1、2、4、7、10、15、20、30天检测从冠方向根方漏出的葡萄糖的量,检测方法为葡萄糖氧化酶法。结果用垂直加压充填技术充填根管时,3种根管封闭剂的微渗漏值无显著性差异(P>0.05),但AHPlus组的微渗漏数值较小。结论根管封闭剂AHPlus、Sealapex和PulpCanalSealerEWT均可用于垂直加压充填技术,推荐使用AHPlus。
Objective To assess the sealing ability of vertical condensation technique with different root canal sealers by the quantitative method using glucose. Methods Seventy - two straight human maxillary anterior teeth were divided randomly into three experimental groups of 20 samples each and two control groups. The experimental groups were prepared by using the modified double- flared technique and obturated by vertical condensation techniques with AH Plus, Sealapex, or Pulp Canal Sealer EWT sealer. The control groups included 6 positive controls and 6 negative controls. The coronal part of each root was immersed in lmol/L glucose solution and apical part in lml distilled water. Glucose solution was forced under a 15cm pressure toward the apical part of the root. Leakage along the root filling was measured by the concentration of glucose in apical reservoir at 1, 2, 4, 7, 10, 15, 20, and 30 days with COD (glucose oxidase) method. Results Leakage was high in the positive controls and could not be detected in the negative controls. The leakage was not significantly different among the three test groups during the observation time. However, All Plus seemed to perform the best, Conclusion The root canal system could be filled well by using vertical condensation technique with All Plus, Sealapex, or Pulp Canal Sealer EWT. All Plus performed the best and was recommended.
