摘要
对餐饮业油烟的组成、危害及造成污染的原因进行了具体分析,并就解决油烟污染问题提出了合理的对策建议,以构建一个和谐的社会大家庭。
This paper made a concrete analysis of the composition, danger and reasons to cause pollution of the cooking fume of catering trade, give some reasonable countermeasure and suggestions to solve the problem of cooking fum, in order to building a harmonious social family.
