摘要 针对柴油机喷嘴内的流动问题采用欧拉-欧拉两项流法来求解。在喷油器针阀最大升程条件下,针对不同进口压力方案进行了对比分析。分析表明,通过本方法不但真实地显示了喷油嘴内的流动现象,而且为喷油嘴内部的动态计算以及燃烧室计算奠定了基础。 Concerning the flow problem inside the injector nozzle for DI diesel engine, the Euler-Euler approach was utilized in this paper to solve the two-phase flow calculation. With the needle in its maximum lift, different inlet pressure schemes were compared. Analytical results show that with this calculation method, the flow phenomenon inside the injector nozzle ean be actually visualized, also provide supports for nozzle dynamic calculation and combustion chamber calculation.
