摘要
论述了CA498型车用柴油机的排放控制方法及理论依据,进行了燃烧室、喷油器、喷油泵及气道的匹配试验,就这些因素对排放物的影响进行了分析,并确定了CA498型柴油机的优化匹配方案。十三工况的排放试验结果显示:通过优化匹配提高了CA498柴油机的性能指标,并使其整体排放水平达到了欧I排放法规的要求,NOx、HC与CO的排放指标接近于欧Ⅱ限值。
The method and theory for controlling emission in the model of CA498 diesel engine are discussed. The matching experiments among the combustion chamber, injector and fuel pump are carried out, and the analyses for these factors to affect on emission are made. Finally, the optimized scheme for the CA498 diesel engine is determined. The test results of 13-cycle emission measurement indicate that the performances of the CA498 diesel engine with the optimized scheme are improved. The Euro Ⅰ emission legislation is satisfied, and the value of NOx, HC and CO are near to the value of Euro Ⅱ emission legislation.
