摘要
目的研究食管癌组织中P-糖蛋白的表达,分析其与组织学类型、细胞分化程度及肿瘤浸润深度的关系,并探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测54例食管癌标本的P-糖蛋白的表达。结果在所检测的54例食管癌标本中,阳性者39例,占72.22%。P-糖蛋白表达与肿瘤的组织学类型、肿瘤浸润的深度无相关性,与肿瘤分化的程度有相关性。结论对食管癌的P-糖蛋白检测有助于客观地了解患者的耐药情况,为食管癌的化疗药物的选择提供依据,有利于延长食管癌患者的生存期。
Objective This article is to research on P-glycoprotivn＇s expression in the esophageal cancers, to analyze the relationship among it, histological type cell differentiation degree and the tumor infiltrated depth and to explore its clinical significance. Methods With immunohistochemical method to examine P-glycoprotein＇s expression in 54 samples with esophageal cancer. Result Among these samples, there were 39 positive ones. that is 72.22% . P-glycoprotein＇ s expression was related to the tumor differentiation degree while it is not related to the histological type and the tumor infiltrated depth. Conclusion The examination on P-glycoproter＇s expression in esophageal caners could help find out the patients＇ drug resistance conditions objectively, which would provide grounds and would be beneficial to prolong the living period of the patients.
