足细胞损伤和糖尿病肾病研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 足细胞是肾小球固有细胞之一,参与构成肾小球选择性滤过屏障。近年来足细胞损伤在以蛋白尿为主要表现的多种肾脏疾病中的作用越来越受到重视。包括裂孔隔膜,细胞骨架,足突-基底膜黏附分子及顶膜区带负电荷的跨膜蛋白等足细胞结构和功能改变参与糖尿病肾病的发生、发展。
