摘要
随着理论界对诉讼证明的概念有了新的理解和认识,将诉讼证明的原则从证据法的基本原则中分离出来,作为独立的研究对象对于整个刑事诉讼证明体系的构建与完善将具有重要意义。
At present,jurisconsults have had new understand and comprehension toward the idea of suit testimony. Meanwhile, they separate the principle of suit testimony from the basic principle of evidence law and research it as absolute investigative object. It will have import meaning that the whole system of suit testimony establishs and consummates.
