摘要
随着我国经济的发展和国际地位的提升,来华留学生的人数逐年递增。这给留学生的教育和管理工作提出了更高的要求。原先的分工不明确,重管理轻服务等管理模式已不适应新的要求。以教学为中心,以管理、服务为两翼,构建“教学、管理、服务”三位一体的留学生教育管理模式,可使留学生管理工作向规范化、最优化迈进。
With the development of China＇ s economy and the rise of China＇ s international status, the number of the international students to China is on the rise annually. How to intensify and improve the education and the management of the international students and to construct an educational and managerial model has become the top priority. This paper makes a tentative study on the construction of such kind of model.
