从白云鄂博磁铁矿石中回收稀土的实践探讨 被引量:5

摘要 包钢选矿厂磁矿系列弱磁尾矿中稀土含量7.0%左右,改造前全部放尾。为了充分利用现有的原矿资源,拓宽生存空间,进行了在磁矿尾矿中选稀土的工业试验,取得了稀土浮选精矿RE0品位45.69%,相对原矿回收率28.87%,相对弱磁尾矿回收率32.24%的较好指标,标志着白云鄂博矿产资源综合利用工作又上了一个新台阶,开创了稀土选矿的新局面。 Before the transformation, all the weak magnetic tailings of Ore- dressing Workshop that contain about 7 % rare earth were put away. In order to make full use of the existing undressed ore resources, open up the survival space, an industrial experiment of getting the rare earth from the magnetic ore tailings has been carried on, having obtained a good target of 45.69 % flotation concentrate, the relative undressed ore return - ratio 28.87 % and the relatively weak magnetic railings return - ratio 32. 24 % and symbolizing that the Baiyunebo mineral resources comprehensive utilization work has stepped up to a higher level starting a new prospect of the rare earth dressing.
