摘要
研究了在0.1 mol/LH2SO4介质中,痕量Cu(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化甲基蓝褪色反应的动力学条件,建立了催化动力学光度法测定铜的新方法.体系的最大吸收波长为560 m,Cu(Ⅱ)线性范围为0~0.08mg/L,方法检出限为1.3×10-7g/L,用于水中痕量铜的测定,结果满意.
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Cu (Ⅱ)was established. The method was based on catalytic effect of Cu(Ⅱ)on the oxidation of methyl blue by hydrogen peroxide in the medium of 0.1 mol/L H2SO4.The optimum conditions of the decoloring reaction were studied. The maximum absorption wavelength of this system is located at 560 nm. The linear range for the determination of copper is 0-0.08 rag/L, and the detection limit is 1.37 × 10^-7 g/L. The method has been applied to the determination of trace copper in the tap water samples with satisfactory results.
