摘要
机械式无线随钻测斜仪是一种集机械、电子和钻井液脉冲技术为一体,利用精密机械机构来测量井斜的仪器。其工作原理为:通过精密的测量机构测量井斜,测得的井斜信息由控制机构传递给脉冲信号发生装置,该装置发出的信号通过钻井液以压力脉冲的形式传递给立管上的压力传感器,接收的信号由电子记录仪记录,由记录的脉冲信号读出井斜角。机械式无线随钻测斜仪具有结构简单、操作方便、测量时间短等特点,完全能满足钻井工程中直井测斜的需要。
A mechanical wireless inclinometer is developed for drift survey while drilling. The information of bore-hole inclination measured by the downhole apparatus is transferred to the pulse signal generator, and then sent to the pressure sensor on the stand in a form of pressure pulse and recorded by the electronic recorder; finally the drift angle is indicated according to the pulse signal. The inclinometer has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation and time saving, and it can meet the need of bore-hole surveying of straight wells.
