摘要
由于金刚石绳锯机能同时切削多种材料、切割形式灵活,近年来随着对其切削机理的深入研究而得到了越来越广泛的应用.文中介绍了金刚石绳锯机实验样机的基本组成、工作原理及切割单层海底油气管道的实验,分析了切割试验的过程、打滑现象及串珠的磨损过程,为串珠绳切削管道不同层时径向进给速度的正确选择提供了依据.利用电子扫描显微镜对参与切削的串珠进行了观察,发现串珠的微观失效主要有4种形式,并初步研究了失效产生的原因,为串珠绳的合理使用和制作适合切削钢质材料的国产串珠绳提供了依据.
The diamond wire saw can cut many kinds of materials at the same time and provides a flexible cutting method. In recent years, with further research into its cutting mechanism, the diamond wire saw has been used in more and more situations. The basic characteristics and working principles of the diamond wire saw are introduced, including experiments of cutting multiple-layer seabed oil and gas pipelines. Analysis was done on the process of the experiments, skidding phenomenon and the grinding process of string bead, providing principles for selecting the exact radial feed speed when the string bead wire cuts different layers of a pipeline. Observations were done on the participant string beads in the cutting process by electron microscope, showing that the microcosmic failure of the string bead is mainly divided into four forms. Initia research on the reason of failure is provided, offering the foundations for the reasonable use of string bead wire and the making of domestic string bead wire that is fit to cut steel materials.
