摘要
目的建立小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,并对该模型进行动态观察。方法用50%乙醇造成肝损伤模型。实验分7个组,即12ml/kg乙醇灌胃1,3,5,10,30和60d,空白对照组给予蒸馏水。实验结束,取动物肝脏进行病理组织学检查,血清进行生化检测。结果灌胃50%的乙醇30d即可出现酒精性脂肪肝模型,灌胃50%的乙醇60d可见肝脏纤维化改变。结论选择50%的乙醇灌胃不同时间,模拟酒精性肝损伤的不同阶段,可将该模型应用于保健食品护肝功能的筛选。
Objective To establish liver injury model induced by alcohol and to study the model dynamically . Methods Kumming mice were randomly divided into seven groups. They were given 50% alcohol by garage for 1, 3, 5, 10, 30 and 60 days. The control group was given distilled water. Livers were observed pathologically, and serum was analyzed biochemcially. Results The alcoholic fatty liver( AFL) model occurred induced by 50% alcohol for 60 days. Conclusion The different alcoholic liver disease phases were stimulated by 50% alcohol for different times, which could be applied in screening health foods for protecting alcohol injury.
