摘要
纺特细号纱所用原料长绒棉和细绒棉在梳棉工序的梳理特性存在差异,决定了梳棉针布的选型和梳棉工艺应有所不同。以纺含长绒棉65%的CJ 9.7 tex纱为例,介绍了长绒棉、细绒棉在梳棉工序针布型号与梳理工艺参数的配置。实践证明,采取合理的工艺措施后,生条品质和成纱质量都有所提高。
The difference of card clothing type and carding technology is existing for the difference carding property in carding process between long-staple cotton and medium cotton when spinning fine count yarn. Taking spinning CJ 9.7 tex which long-staple cotton contents is 65% as example, configuration of card clothing and carding technology parameters of long-staple cotton and medium cotton in carding process was introduced. The practice shows that carding sliver and yarn quality are enhanced after adopting reasonable technology measures.
