摘要
通过对FDS-4A型加氢精制废催化剂化学成分的分析,提出采用焙烧、碱浸、净化、蒸发结晶、草酸铵沉钴的回收工艺路线。成功的将钴、钼回收,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,使国家宝贵的资源得到了科学的合理利用。
Chemical ingredient of spent catalyst which is hydrogenated and refined with FDS-4A is analyzed. The route of recovery technology: roast-alkali leaching-acidize-purify-crystallize-ammonium oxalate deposits cobalt is advanced and adopted. Cobalt and mokybdenum are successfully recovered. Economical and social benefit have been acquired. Value resources scientifically and reasonably used.
