摘要
[目的]观察紫花茉莉抗实验性前列腺增生的作用。[方法]NIH小鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、保列治组(1 mg·kg-1·d-1)和紫花茉莉组(150 g·kg-1·d-1);除空白对照组外,其他小鼠均采用皮下注射丙酸睾丸素(5mg·kg-1 ·d-1,共21 d)方法复制前列腺增生模型,造模结束后各给药组按设计剂量给药,空白对照组和模型组给予等容积生理盐水,连续30d;分别测定各组前列腺湿质量,采用放射免疫分析法检测各组小鼠血清睾酮(T)、双氢睾酮(DHT)含量。[结果]模型组前列腺湿质量,血清T、DHT含量均升高,与空白对照组比较具有显著性差异(均P<0.01);紫花茉莉组和保列治组均可降低前列腺湿质量,血清T、DHT含量,与模型组比较具有统计学差异(均P<0.01),而2组间比较无显著性差异。[结论]紫花茉莉治疗前列腺增生的作用可能与其抑制睾酮转化为双氢睾酮有关。
[Objective] To explore the effect of Radix Mimbilis Jalapae (RMJ) on experimental prostatic hyperplasia in mice. [Methods] Sixty NIH mice were randomized into blank control group, model group, fmasteride tablets (1 mg·kg^-1·d^-1) group and water extract of RMJ ( 150 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 ) group. Except the blank control group, the mice in other groups were injected with testosterone propionate ( 5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 ) subcutaneously for 21 daysto induce experimental prostatic hyperplasia and then were treated with the corresponding drags for 30 days according to the experimental design. The blank control group was treated with normal saline. After treatment, the wet weight of prostate gland was detected, and the serum levels of testosterone (T) and dihydrotestostemne (DHT) were examined with radioimmunoassay method. [Results] The wet weight of prostate gland and the serum levels of T and DHT were increased in the model group, the difference being significant compared with the blank control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). RMJ and finasteride tablets decreased the wet weight of prostate gland and the serum levels of T and DHT ( P 〈 0.01 compared with the model group), but the difference of effect between RMJ and finasteride tablets was not significant ( P 〉 0.05). [ Conclusion ] RMJ has an inhibitory effect on prostatic hyperplasia and this may be related to the inhibition of the transformation of DHT from T.
