硒对氟致大鼠脂质过氧化拮抗作用的研究 被引量:20

摘要 给SD大鼠饮用含氟、硒及氟和硒的去离子水溶液8周,现察氟与脂质过氧化作用的关系以及硒对氟致脂质过氧化的拮抗作用。结果表明,氟可明显抑制大鼠全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,使血清、肾、肝、心、睾丸等组织中的脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量明显升高。饮水中加硒能促进体内氟的排泄,增强机体的抗氧化能力,提高血中GSH-Px活性,降低体内的LPO含量。结果提示,硒对氟引起的脂质过氧化作用的拮抗机理可能与机体的排氟能力提高及体内抗氧化酶(如GSG-Px)活性明显增强有关。 In this study SD rats were fed with fluoride, selenite, as well as both fluoride and selenite in drinking water for 8 weeks, in order to observe the relationship between fluoride and lipid peroxidation, as well as the antagonistic effects of selenite on the lipid peroxidation induced by fluoride. The results showed that fluoride could significantly inhibit the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in rat whole blood, and in-crease the contents of lipid peroxides (LPO) in serum, kidney, liver, heart, and testis. Selenite in drinking water could accelerate the excretion of fluoride from the body, increase the anti-peroxidation ability, activate glutathione peroxidase and decrease the content of lipid peroxides in the body. According to these results, it could be concluded that the antagonistic mechanism of selenite for lipid peroxidation caused by fluoride may be related to the acceleration of fluoride excretion and the significant enhancement of anti-peroxi-dase activity.
