摘要
以油茶优良无性系湘林1号和湘林4号近成熟种子为材料构建cDNA文库,随机挑取2327个克隆进行3′端测序,并将所得序列与核酸数据库进行同源性比较.结果显示,有88条油脂储藏蛋白相关基因和3种61条储藏蛋白基因表达,并具有典型的“时、空”特点.这些结果为揭示近成熟时期油茶种子中储藏蛋白特异表达的丰度和生理情况提供了科学依据.
To investigate the gene expression during the transforming peak of seed oil in Camellia oleifera, a cDNA library of the nearly matured seeds of two clones, i.e. XL-1 and XL-4, was constructed. 2 327 clones were randomly selected for sequencing from the 3' -end, and between these sequences and nucleic acid database a homology comparison was made. Its result shows that 88 genes related to lipid storage and 61 storage protein genes (3 kinds) were expressed in a typical space-time model. This result would offer scientific foundation for revealing the gene expression and physiological course of storage proteins in nearly matured seeds of Camellia olei fera.
