摘要
对螺旋折流板冠形翅片管油冷器的传热与阻力性能进行了实验研究.结果表明,其壳程传热膜系数可达1 100~1 300 W/(m2·K),而壳程阻力系数比同等条件下的弓形折流板低30%~50%.将螺旋折流板冠形翅片管油冷器应用于石化生产中的结果表明,其传热性能比原低肋管油冷器高20%~35%,设备投资低30%,动力消耗比弓形折流板换热器低30%.另外由于增强了油流体湍流程度,使油冷器的结垢减少.
The heat transfer and flow resistance performance of oil cooler with coronal finned tubes supported by helical baffles was studied. Experimental results indicated that heat transfer film coefficient in shell side of oil cooler was 1 100-1 300 W/(m^2· K),and its pressure drop was 30%- 50% lower than that of oil cooler with smooth tubes supported by segmental baffles. Commercial substitution of said oil cooler for the original cooler with low finned tubes was performed and run for more than 6 months. Results showed that as compared with the old cooler the heat transfer performance of the new cooler was 20%-35% higher, the equipment investment was 30% lower and the energy consumption reduced 30%. Furthermore, fouling in oil cooler was reduced due to the enhancement of fluid medium turbulence.
