摘要
目的:探讨成人肠套叠的发病机制及诊断和外科治疗方法。方法:回顾分析18例成人肠套叠的临床表现、套叠类型、诊断以及治疗方法。结果:所有患者伴有腹痛,67%有呕吐,44%有便血。引起肠套叠的原因主要是良、恶性肿瘤。17例接受手术治疗。18例患者均康复出院。结论:成人肠套叠多继发于明确病理改变,但其发生是由多个因素共同作用所致l诊断主要依据临床表现和辅助检查。治疗以手术为主。
Objective： To investigate the pathogenesis, diagnosis and surgical management of intussusception in adults. Methods：The manifestation,type,diagnosis and treatment of 18 adult patients with intussusception were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All patients had abdominal pain, 67% patients had vomiting and 44%had hematochezia. The main causes of intu-ssusception were benign or malignant tumor. 17 cases were treated with operation, all the 18 patients were discharged. Conclusion： The cases of adult intussusception are mostly secondary to a definable lesion. The occurrence is usually caused by multiple factors. The diagnosis depends mainly on manifestations and associated examinations. Operation is the first choice of treatment.
