摘要
目的:探讨腕尺管综合征的诊断及治疗方法。方法:对10例腕尺管综合征患者的临床表现及治疗进行分析总结。结果:术后随访5个月-7年3个月,尺神经功能恢复优良率80%。结论:临床上对有症状患者应仔细检查,确诊后应及早行显微外科手术治疗。
Objective： To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of ulnar tunnel syndrome. Methods： 10 patients with ulnar nerve entrapment at wrist were operated on from 1995 to 2003. The clinical manifestations and surgical management of these cases were retrospectirly. Results： All patients were followed up from 5 months to 7 years and 3 months. They all got complete restoration or near normal recovery of sensation and motor function, with an excellent or good rate of 80%. Conclusion：The patients with clinical manifestations should be carefully examined, and operated as soon as the diagnosis is made.
