摘要
纳米粒子改性不饱和聚酯不但能实现同时增强增韧,提高树脂综合力学性能,而且能改善树脂的热学、耐水和耐化学腐蚀等性能。综述了当前纳米蒙脱土、SiO2、TiO2等纳米不饱和聚酯复合材料研究进展情况,详细探讨了纳米用量、粒子尺寸、表面形态、表面改性处理、相界面等因素对复合材料性能的影响及纳米粒子增韧增强的机理。
Nano-particle modifying unsaturated polyester(UP) not only can toughen and reinforce UP resin simultaneously and improve overall mechanical properties, but also improve other properties, such as heat-resistance, water-resistance and chemical erosion, However, The present paper reviewed the research advances in UP nano-composites such as nano-Montmorillonite/UP, nano-SiO2/UP, nano-TiO2/UP developed home and abroad, and discussed the mechanism of toughening and reinforcing and some main factors influencing performance of nano-composites, such as the content, particle size, surface morphology, surface treatment and phase interfacial structure of nano-filler.
