摘要
技术创新战略对于企业获取和保持竞争优势正发挥着越来越重要的作用。但技术创新战略的制定和实施又受到客观技术路径的制约。在已有研究的基础上,构造了一个技术路径演化的一般模型,将技术路径的演化分为三个阶段,并据此提出了相对应的三种战略。最后,简要分析了中国企业可以从中得到的启示。
Technology innovation strategy is more and more important for enterprises to attain and keep competluve advantages. Yet, to make up and carry out technology innovation strategy will be limited by objective technology paths. Based on former researches, this paper builds a general model of technology path evolution and separates the evolution process into three phases. According to the different characters of these phrases, three kinds of strategy are put forward. At last, enlightenment for Chinese enterprises is depicted in brief.
