摘要
欧美国家多元、开放的教师教育模式的产生和形成,均有其社会历史和教育、文化背景。在我国全面建设小康社会、提高国民素质特别是新一轮基础教育课程改革的现实背景下,教师教育走向开放、走向专业化迫在眉睫。为了提升教师的专业水平,综合大学与师范院校可以通过四种基本途径“联姻”,共同完成教师教育。
The creation of the pluralistic and open teacher education mode in Europe and America has its social history, educational and cultural background. In the situation of overall construction of a well - off society and improvement of people' s quality in China, especially the new curriculum reform of basic education, it is urgent for the teacher education to walk towards openness and professionalization. To raise the teacher' s professional level, the universities and teachers colleges can ally through four basic channels to complete the teacher education.
