摘要
目的探讨创造性思维在护生护理观察培训中的应用效果。方法在临床护理教学中采用创造性思维教学法,即开设创造性思维讲座,案例剖析和进行考核。结果培训前后护生案例分析质量和护理病情观察记录质量比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论创造性思维教学法对提高护生临床观察和创造性思维能力有着积极的作用。
Objective To improve nursing students' ability of clinical observing. Method The teaching method of creative thinking was used in the process of training, including setting up a course of creative lectures and analyzing the cases and examining the effect. Result According to the statistic analysis of the qualities with cases' analyzing and nursing observing, there was significant difference between before and after training. Conclusion The teaching method of creative thinking plays an active role in improving nursing students' ability of clinical observing and creative thinking.
