摘要
建筑工程质量检测机构与质量监督机构分离,成为独立的中介机构,是我国当前建筑业重要的改革方向之一。本文从我国建筑工程质量检测体制发展的历程、现状及市场经济的发展等方面分析了建筑工程质量检测机构成为独立中介组织的必然性。
it is now the trend of reform to separate the construction engineering quality test institutions from the construction engineering quality supervision institutions. Inevitability of establishing independent construction engineering quality test institutions is discussed from aspects of history and current status of China＇s construction engineering quality test system and development of market economy.
