摘要
用浸渍法制备了丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮催化剂,用X射线衍射分析了催化剂的结构,讨论了不同质量含量的Cu、MgO对于丙酮转化为甲基异丁基酮的影响,结果发现当Cu含量为4%(质量分数),MgO含量为20%(质量分数)时,丙酮的转化率最高,为73.96%,并对反应机理进行了初步探讨。
Catalysts for synthesis of methyl isobutyl ketone [MIBK] from acetone with one step reaction were prepared by impregnated method. The structure of material was analysed through X-ray diffraction and the effects of different content of Cu and MgO on acetones converted to MIBK were studied . The results showed the highest conversion of acetone was 73.96 % when the content of Cu was 4 % and that of MgO, 20 %. At last the reaction principle was preliminarily discussed.
