滑模技术在洪家渡水电站竖井混凝土施工中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 洪家渡水电站引水洞检修闸门井衬砌混凝土施工时间紧,且具有井身长、体型复杂、钢筋绑扎量大等特点,故采用了滑模技术。实践表明,采用滑模一次浇筑成型、人工抹面技术,既消除了混凝土汽泡、麻面、错台等质量缺陷,又明显加快了施工进度、节约了投资。本文对洪家渡水电站引水洞检修井混凝土施工中滑模技术的应用情况作了系统的介绍。 The construction of lining concrete in the shaft has some features such as tight schedule, big length, complex shape, large work quality of assembling reinforcement, the slip-form technology, therefore, was adopted. The practice made known that it can not only eliminate quality defects such as bleb, bug hole, over-lapping and etc. of concrete placing, but also shorten construction period and cut the cost down. The article systematically in- troduces application of slip- form technology in the shaft of Hongjiadu Hydropower Station.
