摘要
溢洪道是洪家渡水电站的泄洪建筑物,属特大断面水工隧洞。该隧洞纵坡为7.5%,且所处位置地质情况差,穿越F3,F6,F8,F13断层影响带及石灰岩溶蚀形成的溶洞群,沿断层影响带岩体破碎,岩溶、裂隙均有发育,溶洞相互连通,溶洞内大都充填黏土、块石和其他堆积物,围岩稳定性差,容易发生坍塌;隧洞边墙、顶拱衬砌高度大,泄洪时最大流速为37 m/s,为高速水流,施工质量要求高,施工进度要求快,施工难度大。本文有针对性地对该特大断面水工隧洞衬砌混凝土施工技术方案进行研究设计,成功地设计出了一套移动式大模板混凝土衬砌台架,其结构形式、施工工艺科学合理且操作简单,便于制作和现场施工,从而确保了混凝土衬砌安全快速,施工质量满足设计要求。
The tunnel -spillway with especially large section is located in the area where are very bad geological conditions. It penetrates zone influenced by several faults and solution caves. Along the zone rock is broken, karst and fissures were development, the solution caves are communicated with each other, stability of surrounding rock is bad. The biggest flow velocity in it is 37 m/s when flood is discharged, therefore the quality of construction are required very high. In connection with large height of side wall and top arch lining, tight schedule and big difficulties of construction, the engineer designed a set of walking carriage with big form for concrete lining construction. The structure and process of the carriage are reasonable and it can be easily operated. It, therefore, ensured that construction of concrete lining was quick and safe, the quality of construction met requirement of design.
