摘要
研究BA对栀子增殖生长和NAA及IBA对生根的影响,结果表明:栀子增殖培养过程中,BA1.0mg/L处理增殖数为最多,而培养苗的鲜物重和干物重在BA0.5mg/L和BA1.0mg/L处理间无显著性差异,优于其它BA处理.在生根培养阶段,当培养基中加入0.1mg/L的NAA时促进生根,同时幼苗及根的生长均良好,将已生根的栀子苗栽植在小花盆中,其成活率可高达95%.
The effects of BA on proliferation, NAA and IBA on the rooting of Gardenia jasmioides Ellis. were studied. The results showed that the most propagation were obtained when treated BA 1.0 mg/L. The fresh and dry weight of shoots were optimal in BA 0.5 mg/L and BA 1.0 mg/L, and there was no significant difference between them. During rooting stage, NAA 0. 1 mg/L could promoted the root formation, moreover the growth of shoot and root were favorable in NAA 0. 1 mg/L. The survival rate could achieve 95% when the plantlets having taken roots were planted into small flowerpots.
