20种有毒植物的不同提取物对玉米弯孢叶斑病菌的抑菌活性测定 被引量:6

摘要 用生长速率测定法,测试了长白山20种有毒植物的不同溶剂提取物对玉米弯孢叶斑病菌(CurvularialunataBoed.)的离体抑制活性.结果表明,供试20种有毒植物的不同溶剂提取物在稀释1000倍的情况下,艾蒿正丁醇提取物对供试病原菌的菌丝生长抑制率最高(81.01%),藜芦生物碱提取物与延胡索氯仿提取物也表现出较高的活性. The antifungal activity of different extracts from 20 poisonous plants grown in Changbai Mountain on Curvularia lunata Boed. were tested by growth rate mensuration. The results showed that among the 20 extracts diluted 1000 times, Artemisia butanol had the most antifungal rates (80.01%) to the growth of mycelium, Veratum alkaloid(s) and Corydalis chloroform also showed high activity.
