摘要
为提高野生山丹的繁殖系数,建立山丹的再生体系,对山丹启动培养过程中外植体的种类、鳞片的消毒时间及诱导分化培养基激素的配比进行了研究.结果表明,山丹组织培养基以鳞茎为最佳外植体;鳞片灭菌可采用0.1%HgCl灭菌15~20min;适合的启动培养为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L.
In order to multiply the low lily and establish its rapid propagating system, the following aspects were mainly studled:The explants species, the disinfection time, the hormone categories and the compound on the lily's differentiation. The results indicated that bulb was the best suitable culture explants of the lily; the suitable disinfect method was 15 - 20 min by 0.1% HgCl; The best culture mediums for initiation and differentiation are MS + 6 - BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L.
