摘要
为提高野生山丹的繁殖系数,建立山丹的再生体系,对山丹启动培养过程中外植体的种类、鳞片的消毒时间及诱导分化培养基激素的配比进行了研究.结果表明,山丹组织培养基以鳞茎为最佳外植体;鳞片灭菌可采用0.1%HgCl灭菌15～20min;适合的启动培养为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L.
In order to multiply the low lily and establish its rapid propagating system, the following aspects were mainly studled：The explants species, the disinfection time, the hormone categories and the compound on the lily＇s differentiation. The results indicated that bulb was the best suitable culture explants of the lily; the suitable disinfect method was 15 - 20 min by 0.1% HgCl; The best culture mediums for initiation and differentiation are MS ＋ 6 - BA 2.0 mg/L ＋ NAA 0.1 mg/L.
