摘要
为揭示不同垃圾单组分对整体热解动力学特性的影响,通过自行设计的大物量热重分析装置就垃圾典型组分的混和热解特性进行了实验研究;并采用最小二乘法建立了热解反应动力学模型。并列出了双组分混合热解实验部分的实验结果及模型计算结果,两者吻合较好,为进一步建立垃圾综合热解神经网络模型奠定了基础。
A thermogravimetry analysis system with which massive sample can be analysed was designed to assess the impacts of different MSW components on total pyrolysis kinetics characteristics. An experimental study on mixed pyrolysis characteristics of typical MSW components was performed, and the reaction kinetics model was established by using least squares algorithms. The experimental results and calculation results of two-component mixed pyrolysis experiments were compared to be well in accordance with each other, which provided foundation for comprehensive neural network pyrolysis model of MSW.
