摘要
针对分体空调室外机空气侧流场和声场的特点,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法对该系统的气体流动进行数值模拟。详细分析了轴流风扇流道内部和出口的速度分布,并利用激光微粒图像测速(PIV)手段,验证数值模拟结果,模拟结果与PIV测量值吻合较好。在CFD数值模拟的基础上,运用Lowson模型预估系统的离散频率噪声, 预估值与测量值吻合较好。CFD技术能够有效地分析室外机空气侧流场特性,并为进行气动声学分析提供依据。
Considering features of air flow and acoustic fields inside an outdoor unit of split-type air conditioner, a numerical simulation on air flow in the system using CFD method is performed. The airflow velocity distributions which are in the flow channel and outlet of axial flow fan are analyzed in detail. Numerical results are evaluated by the laser particle image velocimetry (PIV) method. And numerical results are well agreement with the PIV results. Based on CFD numerical simulation, discrete frequency noise of system is predicted using Lowson model. And the predicted results are agreement with the measured ones. Numerical model developed can efficiently analyze the characteristics of air flow and will benefit the further aerodynamic acoustic analysis.
