摘要
针对发展中大学实验室经费短缺、设备缺乏、人员队伍水平参差不齐的现状,提出了实验室建设的若干策略,以期为发展中大学的实验室建设提供新的指导思想和基本思路.
According to the actualities of lacking fund, absent equipment and uneven level of technical personnel in the developing universities＇ laboratory, this article puts forward a series of strategies for laboratory construction, attempting to offer some new guiding principles and fundamental thinking for it.
