摘要
竞赛规则是所有竞技体育项目能够安全、公正、顺利开展的前提和保障,了解和掌握竞赛规则是所有教练员的必修课,作为在中国开展不久的新项目跆拳道更是如此。针对2003年10月世锦赛后跆拳道新规则的实施,从而引起的比赛变化做一分析,为今后的训练工作提供参考,促进训练方法手段和竞赛水平的提高。
The contest rule is prerequisite and guarantee that all sports sports items can be launched safely and just and smoothly,it is all coaches＇ required course to understand and master the contest rule. As launch new project soon Taekwondo even more like this. This text directed it will be generation October 2003 Taekwondo new regular implementation after the match against in our country. The author makes an analysis changes of the match and offers reference for training work in the future,promoting and training the improvement of the method means and contest level.
