β-葡萄糖苷酶高产菌株的诱变选育及固体发酵条件的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以黑曲霉(Aspergillusniger)为出发菌株,经紫外线(UV)、硫酸二乙酯(DES)、60Co诱变,筛选出β-葡萄糖苷酶的活力比原菌株明显提高。并通过单因素和正交实验研究了该酶的固体发酵条件,采用优化配方,使酶活力达到169.2U/ml。 The Aspergillus niger mutant strain was been selected by alternative treating Aspergillus niger with UV, EDS and ^60Co. The enzyme activity of β-glucosidase from fermentation of the mutant was heightened compared with the original. Further more the fermentation conditions for the mutant were optimized through single factor and orthogonal experiments. Under the optimal condition, the enzyme activity of β-glueosidase attained 169.2 U/ml.
