摘要
报道了1-对偶氮苯基-3-(2-嘧啶)-三氮烯(APPMT)的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应.在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,于pH 11.4的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲介质中,镉(Ⅱ)与APPMT形成1:3的红色配合物,试剂与配合物的最大吸收波长分别为430和520 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.99×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,镉(Ⅱ)量在0~0.36 μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律.
The synthesis of a new reagent 1-( p-Azophe- nyl ) -3- ( 2-pyri midyl )- triazene (APPMT) and its coloring reaction with cadmium( Ⅱ ) were reported. At pH 11.4 in the presence of Triton X-100, APPMT could form a 3 :1 red complex with cadmium( Ⅱ ). The maximum absorption of the complex is at 520 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.99 × 105 L· mol^-1·cm^- 1 . Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0μg/25 mL- 9 μg/25 mL for cadmium( Ⅱ ) .
