摘要
本文分析了内蒙古区域结构和经济布局的资源条件以及在区域综合开发与经济布局上面临的三大问题。初步研究了今后区域综合开发与经济布局的总体思路与框架，并提出了合理经济布局的主要措施。
This paper analizes the resource condition concerning the regional structure and e-conomic arrangement and the three major problems faced in regional comprehensive develop-ment and economic arrangement.A general thinking and pattern on future regional develop-ment and economic arrangement and the main measures for rational economic arrangementare presented .
